A project I did to capture old signs that had decayed down to the frame. My interest was in framing a new image with the sign: the world behind it.
A project to photograph what I wore every day for a semester. It became a book and a blog where I shared my thoughts on my particular fashion style.
A summer residency at Project Row Houses, I explored the vernacular houses in the third ward neighborhood and the colors residents had painted them. The project transformed an old row house into a neighborhood skyline that wrapped around the walls of the house.
This was a project to photograph rooftops on days where the sky was completely white. I was interested in the geometric nature of rooftops when the context of the whole building is removed. It was important to me to actually wait for white sky days and not to photoshop out a clear sky.
